Purpose and health information

Calendars, journals and guides help organise your personal information. The app does not diagnose, prescribe or replace a health professional's assessment. Pregnancy development, sleep ranges, fertility dates and contraction interpretations are general information or estimates based on your records.

Do not use the cycle calendar as contraception. A contraction pattern or timer result does not confirm labour. For severe symptoms or an emergency, do not wait for an app result or support response; seek medical care.

Accurate records and personal choices

Check dates, times, the selected baby and measurements before recording. Missing data does not establish that an event did not occur. Entering an estimate as an actual start or choosing the wrong profile can affect summaries.

Local tracking does not require a server account. Account, notification, microphone and health-sync choices are offered separately in the relevant features. Manage screen/lock security if others use your device and check the contents of shared files.

Accounts and safe use

Use account information accurately and with proper authority. Do not attempt to access another person's account, bypass security, disrupt the service or obtain content/data without permission. Do not share passwords or one-use account links.

Consider your authority to use and share a child's information when entering it. Administration at panel.yuvilya.com is restricted to authorised people; private health records are not material for a public blog.

Records, backups and deletion limits

Device loss, uninstalling or local cleanup may affect access to local records. The optional server copy is not a complete cross-device backup of every record. Exports may be unencrypted; consider secure storage and the recipients you choose.

Deleting a server account, withdrawing sync consent and clearing local data are separate actions. Their effects are explained in Privacy and Account Deletion pages. These terms do not remove applicable consumer or data-protection rights.

Content, external services and changes

Blog articles provide original general information; source links point to the institutions' own pages, which have separate terms. Identical features on every device, uninterrupted connectivity or a particular health outcome are not guaranteed; support is available for technical problems.

A store link should identify a verified Yuvilya listing. An unpublished listing or unconfigured sign-in option is not presented as available. Material service/terms changes are reflected in the dated notice; updating these terms does not automatically obtain any separate consent required for data processing.
